Chocolate Oat Chips with Apple

to all members of this community. Today, I bring to you an oat recipe with chocolate and apple. This is prompted by for this week, and I went all out to create my own recipe with few ingredients that turned out really delicious. This oat chip is a healthier option to store bought snacks, and it can be kept in the fridge for a longer life span.I used the following ingredients for my oat chocolate chips.
INGREDIENTS
●1 cup oats
●1 tablespoon sugar
●2 chocolate chips
●3 tablespoon vegetable oil
●Half teaspoon vanilla extract
●Half apple
●1 teaspoon garlic powder
●Few chia seeds
Let's get into the baking process;
Firstly, transfer oats into a bigger bowl, add sugar, and garlic power.
Next, add chia seeds and warm water. Mix vigorously with a spoon for 3 minutes or until oats look soft and sticky. Add the vegetable oil.
Add chocolate chips. Dice the apples and add to the oats. Mix well again and adjust the consistency if necessary.
Lastly, add vanilla extract, mix, and get something to shape the chips with. Place them in a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven under low heat.
