Rice and beans combo with fish

Holla amigos! How was your Sunday, friends? Today, I want to share with you my recent recipe of jollof rice combined with beans. It's been a while since I made this delicacy, so I decided to prepare it because my husband craved for it. This recipe is a good way to incorporate beans into your meal, and it's very delicious, too.
A number of ingredients went into the preparation of this meal. They are listed below.
Ingredients
▪︎ 2pcs yellow pepper
▪︎ 5 cups rice
▪︎ 3 cups beans
▪︎ 2pcs onion bulb
▪︎ 3 cooking spoon palm oil
▪︎ 1 satchet tomato paste
▪︎ 3 table spoon salt
▪︎ 4 seasoning cubes
▪︎ 1 teaspoon curry
▪︎ 1 tablespoon black pepper
▪︎ 1 tablespoon jollof spice
▪︎ 1 teaspoon rosemary
▪︎ 1 teaspoon ginger powder
▪︎ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
▪︎ 1kg mackerel fish
▪︎ smoked fish stock
COOKING PROCEDURE
STEP 1
Pick beans to remove dirts. Wash and precook for 10 minutes. Drain out water and wash again. Set back on fire with a tablespoon of salt. Cook for 15 minutes.
STEP 2
Wash fish thoroughly. Slice one onions, and add to already washed fish with spices (1 seasoning cube, ginger, garlic, curry, rosemary, and pepper) cook for 5 minutes and set aside
STEP 3
Now get a bigger pot, add 3 cooking spoon of palm oil, when it is hot, add onions, pepper, and tomato paste, and fry for 2 minutes.
It's time to wash rice. I washed four times until it was clean. I added rice to fried tomato sauce, the fish stock, and stockfish stock. Stirred and covered to cook for 10 minutes.
STEP 4
Now add already soft beans to rice and cook altogether for 15 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of salt and the rest of the spices and stir well.
Our delicious rice and beans combination is ready, very tasty and satisfying.
I oven grilled the fish in the microwave for 60 minutes while the food was cooking.
