Ingredients

🧈 1/2 cup butter
🥜 1/2 cup peanut butter
🍯 1/2 cup jaggery

Instructions

1- Prepare the Butter Mixture:

• In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of peanut butter.
• Mix well using a whisk or an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

2- Incorporate Jaggery:

• Add 1/2 cup of jaggery to the butter mixture.
• Mix thoroughly until the jaggery is well combined and the mixture is homogenous.

3- Form the Dough:

• Gradually add in 1 cup of wheat flour and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder to the wet ingredients.
• Stir the mixture until all ingredients are fully incorporated and a soft dough forms.

4- Shape the Cookies:

• Take small portions of the dough and roll them between your hands into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
• Place the dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

5- Decorate:

• Using a decorating tip or a fork, gently press down on each dough ball to create a design on the top.

6- Preheat and Bake:

• Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F) for about 5 minutes.
