Wishing all my dear friends a very good evening.
Semolina vade is a simple, crispy, and delightful snack that brings a refreshing twist to our traditional tea-time favorites. Today, Iβm getting ready to prepare it. Made with basic ingredients found in almost any kitchen, these vade turn semolina into a flavorful and satisfying treat. Whether you are preparing a quick snack for your family or looking for something warm and crispy to enjoy with your evening tea, semolina vade is an excellent choice.

Ingredients...
1 Cup of Semolina.
A pinch of salt.
Coconut oil for frying.
1 Onion.
About 2 green chilies.
Curry leaves.
2 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
Some water.

The order of preparation.
Step 1:-
Here, to prepare this dish, I finely chopped onion , curry leaves, and Kochchi chilies. Instead of regular green chilies, I used Kochchi chilies.

Step 2:-
Next, I took a pan and placed it on the stove, then added the semolina. When the semolina started to roast slightly, I gradually added a little water and mixed it until it formed a thick pulp.

Step 3:-
Next, I transferred the semolina pulp into a bowl and added a little salt, curry leaves, onions, green chilies, and crushed chili powder.

Step 4:-
Now I mixed everything together and shaped it into a dough, as shown below.

Step 5:-
Next, I took a pan, added coconut oil, and placed it on the stove. Once the oil was heated, I took small portions from the prepared semolina dough, shaped them as shown below, and fried them until they turned golden brown.

Once you have finished preparing them, these golden and crispy semolina vada add a delightful touch to your tea-time table. Their soft interior, crispy outer texture, and lightly spiced flavor make them a snack that everyone will love. With every bite, enjoy the warmth, taste, and comforting goodness of this homemade treat.
