Healthy spinach rice

Hello everyone, i'm here to show you how i prepared spinach rice.
Spinach rice offers variety of health benefits due to the combination of spinach and rice. It's a good source of vitamin A,C, and K as well as iron, folate,and fiber. Spinach is known for its antioxidant properties, potentially aiding in eye health, heart health, and even reducing the risk of certain cancers. The fibre in spinach and rice can also aid indigestion and help manage weight.
ingredients
1 bunch of spinach
2 cups of rice
8 green beans
3 tomatoes
2 red pepper
1/2 onions
2 cooking spoon of Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of curry
Salt to taste

preparation
I boiled water with my electric kettle, i put my pot on fire,i poured some inside my pot and i poured my rice inside a big bowl
I put water inside my rice,i rinsed it,i poured out the dirty water and i poured my rice inside the pot then i covered it to steam
After a while,i put salt and i covered it back for 20mins. After 20mins i poured my rice inside the sieve..
I rinsed my vegetable,i sieved out the water then i plugged my blender and i put my vegetable inside it
I put some water,i covered my blender, and i press the min button. I blended it for 10mins
I put my green beans inside the tray,i put it inside a small bowl,i put water,I rinsed it and i picked it one by one with my hand
Then,i cut out the tip and i sliced it
I rinsed my tomatoes and red pepper and i sliced it with my knife
I sliced my onions and put it inside my pepper
the final process to make it a spinach rice
I put my pot on fire,i poured my vegetable oil, i left it for 3mins then i put my peppers,and green beans. I fried all for 10mins..
I poured my spinach inside it, i put salt, i covered it to steam for 20mins and i poured my rice inside. I stir it together and i covered it to steam together for 30mins.
My food is ready...
