Delicious noodles with ripe plantain serve with cucumber very healthy

Hello everyone how are you all doing, I hope you all are having a good day.
Today I made a very healthy and delicious noodles for lunch.
So I was carving for noodles and I don't want to eat it in a boring way so I decided to add some healthy things to make my food healthier.
INGREDIENTS USED
1 park of noodles
1 ripe plantain
1 medium onion
2 tablespoon of red oil
1 cucumber
Water.


PROCEDURE
This process is very simple.
In a clean pot I will put my small water allow to boil I will now empty my noodles.

I will now wash and peel my plantains and cut it into smaller pieces and add to my noodles and stir.




While waiting for them to get done I will now add my red oil,wash and slice my onion and add to my noodles and my plantain I will also add my red oil and my noodles spice and stir.







Here my noodles are ready I will not wash and slice my cucumber.


Here is the final result.
