This menu is often seen in Thai Isan restaurants, but some restaurants do not have it. This menu can be a snack or eaten with rice. Let's see how to make it. Ingredients

Ingredients
- 200 grams of minced meat
- 2 teaspoons of lab seasoning powder
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of roasted rice
- 1 tablespoon of crispy flour
- 1 teaspoon of ground chili
- 1 teaspoon of lime juice
- 20 grams of chopped green onions
Method
- Mix the minced meat with the seasonings, laab seasoning powder, seasoning powder, lime juice, roasted rice, crispy flour, chili, and then green onions.
- Mix everything together well and knead to mix the seasonings with the meat so that it does not break when fried.
- Form into a ball, make it a little flat, bite-sized pieces. When fried, it will cook easily on the inside and not burn on the outside.
- Fry over medium heat. Turn it back and forth to make sure it doesn't burn too much. When the color is just right, put it on a rack to drain the oil.
- Once the oil is drained, arrange it on a plate and eat with fresh vegetables. Serve with pickled ginger, it's delicious. Or if anyone has vegetables, you can eat them as a snack or with rice. Today we ate it with sticky rice, it was very delicious.
