Hello friends at #plantpower trust you''re all doing well it my first time hear and am happy to share with you my recipe on how i prepared this delicious vegetable soup

INGREDIENTS USED:-
1 burch of fluted pumpkin known as (ugu)
1/2 burch of water leaf
1 bottle cooking oil
1 tbs of salt
1 ball onion
2 seasoning cube
1/2 dereka of crayfish
30 piece of chili pepper
1 basket of snails
3 piece of stockfish ear
3 piece of cow skin
Some pieces of dry catfish
75cl water

I started with plunging my fluted pumpkin leaf (ugu) along with water leaf and set aside


Then i begin to prep down everything i needed stating for my snails i use hot water for easy removed thanks to my baby girl she assisted in removing the snails and wash it then i wash my fluted pumpkin and water leaf and sliced to my desire test, my already wash periwinkle, cow skin wash and cut it in cubes slice my onion stockfish and dry catfish wash


Wash my crayfish and pepper used my morter to pound it

In a pot i added my Palm oil, salt, onion pepper and crayfish mixed then my snails fried for about 3-5 minute, add my stockfish and dry catfish add my 75cl water allow it to boil for about 5minute then go in with my wash periwinkle and water leaf cover the pot and allow it to steam very well at this point my gas is giving me sign that is about to go but thanks to my quick lighter charcoal pot

Then go in with my sliced fluted pumpkin known as Ugu allow it to steam for 3minute so that all the ingredients can married themselves properly we don't want the nutrient to go off that's why we steam for just a little time

I adjusted with more Palm oil,here my Edikang ikong soup is ready enjoy with your desire to swallow
I love the health benefits of this combination it help in boosting the immune system improved digestion and promoting healthy skin, the high value of fibre water leaf help makes the stomach filled which eliminates craving that could lead to unhealthy weight gain. One can equal add Edikang ikong suop to his/her daily meal plan.
