Chicken with Mustard and Honey[ENG||ESP]

There are some dishes that are quite easy to make, but in many cases we don't know how to prepare them. At home, I make chicken with mustard and also meat with mustard. It's a tasty and simple dish, and it's also great when we have guests over. It looks very nice, so it's ideal for holidays.

- One boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into fillets
- Black pepper
- Coarse salt
- Three cloves of garlic, crushed
- Three medium onions
- Three tablespoons of oil
- 1/4 cup of mustard
- Three tablespoons of honey
- Fresh chopped parsley.


✓ Season the chicken with garlic, salt, and pepper, and let it rest for 20 minutes so that the breasts absorb the flavor.

✓ Cook the onion in oil for approximately five minutes.


✓ Add the chicken and cook for ten minutes, five minutes on each side.

✓ Add the mustard, water, and honey, stirring until everything is well mixed.

✓ Cook until the sauce has reduced to your liking, I let it boil for at least ten minutes over medium heat.

✓ Serve with chopped parsley. I left my sauce for twenty minutes because I wanted it to be thick, but you can leave it softer and more liquid.
✓ This is the basic recipe. You can enhance the flavor and make it creamier by adding heavy cream or white wine.
