Last days try to make dinner.Vegetable stew with brown lentils.

Hello, friends, foodlovers, and community, greetings! I hope you all are doing well and having quality time with your dears and nears. I think it is very important for everybody. I was missing my activities in Hive last few weeks because of internet problems. Also, I was missing my kitchen. and my style of ingredients.
But making food in an unfamiliar kitchen and with available ingredients was challenging for me. I didn't want to take photos of canned food. But in the end, I went to the shop and bought some vegetables to make proper food. The last recipe I made there wasn't very complicated/very special.
Ingredients:

1 cup of brown lentils

1carrot
1 tomato
1/2 green paprika
8 Brussels sprouts
3 stalks of celery
1/2 onion
1 tsp American curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
2 tsp olive oil
salt to taste

Washed brown lentils and soaked them for around 2 hours.

Chopped all vegetables.


Then added salt and turmeric.

Cooked them until the lentils became soft.Added brussel sprouts.cooked 2-3 minutes.

Chopped ginger and garlic.

After adding oil to the warm pan.
Put ginger and garlic into the oil.

stirred until aromatic.

Then poured cooked lentils and vegetables into the ginger garlic.
mixed well and cooked for 3-4 minutes.
On the other burner, I cooked basmati rice.

Added American curry powder.
