Instructions

- If making homemade msemen, follow your trusted msemen recipe to prepare and set aside.
2- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a large pot, such as a Le Creuset Dutch Oven, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter melts.
- Add chopped onions and garlic, sautéing until golden and aromatic.
- Add your chosen meat to the pot, browning all sides thoroughly.
3- Add Vegetables and Seasonings:
- Stir in carrots, potatoes, and tomatoes, allowing them to cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add tomato paste and mix well to coat all ingredients evenly.
