Hoy quiero compartirles la #receta del menú dominical de mi familia.
Se trata de unas lentejas guisadas, carne de res con vegetales, servidas con arroz blanco y tajadas de plátano maduro.

Today I want to share with you my family's Sunday menu #recipe.
It consists of stewed lentils, beef with vegetables, served with white rice and slices of ripe plantain.
arroz, carne de res, papa, ají, tomate, cebolla, ajo, adobo, comino, sal, plátano maduro, lentejas.

Lo primero que hice fue poner a ablandar las lentejas en suficiente agua con un poco de sal, por otro lado corté la carne en pequeños cuadros, lave muy bien los aliños, llevé a sofreír en aceite onotado e incorporé el guiso de los aliños a las lentejas; sazoné al gusto y retiré del fuego.
La carne la llevé a cocinar con papas y la dejé hasta que hubo ablandado, por otro lado preparé el arroz y se fríeron unas tajadas de plátano.
The first thing I did was to soften the lentils in enough water with a little salt. Meanwhile, I cut the meat into small cubes, washed the seasonings thoroughly, sautéed them in oil, and added the seasoning mixture to the lentils. I seasoned to taste and removed from the heat.
I cooked the meat with potatoes and left it until it was tender. Meanwhile, I prepared the rice and fried some plantain slices.
