need for recovery: January 7 2026

After these fast series from yesterday I needed some recovery training.
I had done know pain from the impact on the track and decided to start very slow and a bit less slow, bit still slow. Tomorrow I'll be recovering completely without running and than on Friday it's time to activate a bit - if my knee allows - for the weekend: 1500m track on Saturday and 7,5 km championship cross country.
But tomorrow this one needs to be homologated first....
