Today I share with you a healthy drink I remembered my mother use to take as an elderly to always boost her energy when she feels weak. This recipe is malt drink in combination of yogurt, a unique blend that is totally 💯 for good healthy.
Although my mother usually have to combine her malt drink 🍹 with liquid milk of a good brand because she does not like the soar taste of yogurt. But she constantly drinks this healthy immune booster saying it keeps her strong and going.
Honestly my week has been one hectic hustle that I needed to energize myself this morning before setting out, and thinking of an energetic alcoholic drink was not what my mood calls for. But suddenly taking a look inside the refrigerator and seeing some cans of chilled malt drinks, I quickly remembered this combination my mother loved so much. And with a pack of vanilla yogurt in the house I decided to make and share this recipe.
Malt as a non-alcoholic drink is packed with so much nourishment, essential vitamins and minerals like B - vitamin, selenium and zinc. Its also a drink that is so rich in nutrients and supports our digestive system and metabolism, not leaving out its antioxidants protection for healthy skin.

Adding yogurt to a malt drink makes it a combination of one healthy drink that can sustain us as food for hours and at the same time benefiting us with lots of improve immune system. With better immunity from yogurt we can fight free radicals that wants to bring us down from fatigue.
Here I show you the quick process for blending this two combination healthy drink recipe 🍹.
INGREDIENTS

1 can of malta Guinness drink(300 ml)
1 pack of Hollandia Yogurt (90 ml)
A glass of choice
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.


The first thing we will do is to open and gradually pour the malt drink into the glass, avoiding it to foam too much.

We cut the pack of vanilla flavored yogurt and gradually add it into the malt drink.

Step 3.

And we have our healthy blend malt and yogurt drink ready to kick start our day with full energy.
And since they are both chilled, we don’t need ice 🧊 cubes for this drink.

Its good to know that apart from smoothie and other healthy fruity drinks for drinkslovers, we can add this recipe in our list of drinks we enjoy from time to time especially for those who don’t enjoy alcoholic energy drinks for energy boosting.
