๐Ÿ”ฅ Preparation method:

  1. Boil and fry the eggs:

First, wash the eggs well and boil them. If you boil them for 7-10 minutes on medium heat, the eggs will be well cooked. Then cool and peel them. After the eggs are boiled, lightly coat them with turmeric and salt and fry them lightly in a little oil. This will reduce the chances of the eggs getting mixed into the korma and make the flavor much more intense.

  1. Onion and garlic preparation:

Keep the chopped onion and garlic cloves separately on a plate. If you want, you can mix the garlic and ginger paste together. Adding garlic while frying the onion gives a great aroma.

  1. Preparing and frying the spices:

Heat the oil in a pan and add cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Now add the chopped onion and fry it until it turns light brown. Then add the garlic paste, ginger paste, and tomatoes. When they are slightly fried, add the remaining dry spices (turmeric, chili, coriander, cumin).

Sprinkle little water while frying the spices so that the spices do not burn. It will take 5-7 minutes to fry the spices.

  1. Preparing the sour cream and korma base:

When the spices are fried, add 2 spoons of sour cream. Adding yogurt makes the korma broth thick and tasty. After adding the curd, keep stirring quickly so that the curd does not burst.

If you want, you can also add a little milk at this time. This will make the soup creamier.
