I am here to share my recipe for noodle frittata; it’s a very simple food that can be served as breakfast.

Ingredients are:

2 sachets of Noodles

2 pieces of Eggs

150ml of groundnut oil

Half ball of onion

Quarter teaspoon of Baking Powder

1 full teaspoon of Flour

150g of blended pepper

Quarter teaspoon of salt

1 piece of Seasoning cube

Procedure

The ingredients are simple, which everyone usually has at home, so let’s get into the details of how I make my noodle frittata.

I placed a pot on the burner and then poured water inside. I allowed it to get hot a little bit before pouring in the noodles.

I parboiled it for 3 seconds because I needed the starch in it to come out; after that, I poured it into a sieve.

I sliced the onion inside a clean bowl, broke the eggs inside another clean bowl, and then set them aside.

The next thing I did was add ingredients into the egg, starting with salt, seasoning cube, and then pepper, and lastly the sliced onions and baking powder.

I added one teaspoon of flour for a strong texture, and then I poured the parboiled noodles into the mixture and mixed it again.

I placed a frying pan on the burner and allowed it to get dry before pouring a small quantity of oil into it.

I allowed the oil to get a little bit hot, and then I poured the mixture into it.

I made use of a big spoon to spread it inside the pan so that the egg could influence the noodles well.

I allowed it to fry for two minutes before turning it, and after that my noodle frittata was ready for breakfast.

This is very simple and easy to make before leaving the house for work, and trust me when I say it was very delicious and tasty as well.
Thanks for stopping by. I wish you all a good day.
