Fried Enoki Mushroom Nori Rolls

Enoki snacks are never ending, this time I was very curious about the chewy and crunchy snacks from the combination of enoki mushrooms with nori wrapping. I was hesitant to make this dish because I had previously made crispy enoki mushrooms which were delicious. I fried those mushrooms like frying chicken with several layers of flour. But this time I wanted to highlight the combination of nori and enoki mushrooms when fried whether it has a fantastic taste.
Now as someone who loves cooking, of course this recipe became my reference and my curiosity. Moreover, the ingredient is enoki which is one of my favorite mushrooms, after all, this mushroom can also replace other vegan ingredients which is very delicious in my opinion. I made this snack for myself so the portion size is smaller. I think it's only enough for 1 person and maybe you can share it for others just to taste it.
Ingredients
Nori sheets to taste
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon mushroom broth
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon ground pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
Making Procedure
Combine cornstarch as well as pepper and chili powder in a container. As well as the mushroom broth stir everything until evenly mixed.

Then cut the enoki mushrooms, fruit the root part well separate it into several parts. Don't forget before wrapping with nori the mushrooms have been washed thoroughly first.

Then wet the nori dip in water then wrap it around the enoki mushrooms, do it until it's finished.

To fry I have prepared dry flour so that the mushrooms are more textured, flatten the flour on the mushroom section then do it one by one.

Fry until brownish yellow, make sure the mushrooms are dry and drain so that the oil decreases.

Serving
Look at this is a beautiful result of a simple snack to be very beautiful and certainly spectacular, right?.The texture is crispy on the outside but a little chewier on the nori. But overall it was very tasty and had a flavor that suited my palate perfectly.

Savory with a very strong aroma of nori, there was a soft chewy sensation when I split the nori in the mushroom wrap. It was a pleasure to enjoy this simple yet delicious dish.
