Weekly Run, Just 3 KM at Saparua Park

Hello everyone, how are you? Are you okay? How was your weekend? This weekend, I went to Bandung. One of the agendas was to visit my teacher who was sick because of an accident.
This Sunday morning, I started with a morning run, of course in Saparua Park. Saparua Park is my favorite place to run. This morning, Bandung felt sad. It was cloudy and when I arrived, there was already a drizzle of rain.
But, because everyone intended to exercise, the rain did not discourage people from exercising. So, how many laps did I run this morning? I could only run 3 kilometers. In total, I could only do 6 laps of the park.
I actually intended to do more than that. But, I need another strategy. Workout seems to be able to show my strength to run. That will be my task next Sunday. This week, I walk more in the morning or afternoon.
One more thing I want to focus on, morning exercise actually makes my running more enthusiastic. This Sunday's run I used a Pace of around 8:37 per kilometer. With the time I traveled around 26:15 minutes. After I checked, my pace reached 8:01 per kilometer. The maximum pace I use is around 9:01 per kilometer.
It turns out this is progress, after I researched it. At kilometer 1.5 I started to get tired and there were too many people at the location. I walked several times. That's all I can tell you. What do you think about the progress of this report? I need to make a target for next Sunday to reach 5 kilometers. That's all I can tell you. See you in the next story.
