My Actifit Report Card: November 26 2025

One of the neighbours is away on holidays. They had one of their parents' house sitting. The hail storm did a bit of damage to one of their old sky lights.

I went around to help patch it up temporarily.

Some good quality tape should do the job until they get home. I was going to use a plastic bag, but I couldn't get a good fixing. The toad had the right idea and found a safe spot.

I still got some interval running in 6 x 400m but they weren't that quick.
