Hello hivers, welcome to my blog!
Gonna be my first time to post here in hive food. And I'm sure it has a full of excitement and surprises 'buena mano'. So when it comes to food it might be really special, a craving satisfies and a mouth watery, that really fulls in the tummies and need an extra rice. Although it is just in photograph but for sure it brings satisfaction to the readers whether a traditional or occassional type of recipes. And for now for my first blog, I want to share one of a traditional recipe of the Filipinos a "grilled pork recipe". Originally inherited recipe from our late ancestors and proudly one of the Filipino recipes which is very known, famous and popular all over the country.
So this morning, I prepares the family for a breakfast. So I go to the market early inorder to buy a pork meat for my recipe. I'd buy a 1/2 kilogram pork meat for my grilled pork and spices for my recipe. After buying, I'd prepare the necessary things and utensils immediately for my easy- way grilling. Together with my ingredients which it includes the common spices on the cooking table.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg pork meat slab
• 1 pc whole onion
• 1 pc whole garlic
• 1 sachet soy sauce
• 1 sachet vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 sachet seasoning
• 1 pc lemon
▪︎The preparation and marinating tips of my recipe
1)Wash properly with water the pork meat slab. Slice an onion and a lemon and flattened the garlic.
3)Start to marinate the pork. Add the slice onion followed with the flattened garlic.
4)Squeeze the slice lemon towards the meat. Add the 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon seasoning.
5)Pour 1 drop of vinegar and soy sauce. Mix it thoroughly.
6)Set aside for a half hour so that the ingredients will penetrate into the meat.
▪︎And the cooking tips
1)Fired a charcoal and let it fire.
2)Put the marinated pork meat.
3)Cook for 20 minutes inorder to properly cooked.
4)Reverse it on the other side and cook it the same.
5)And when it looks in golden brown. Now finish with my recipe.
6)And sliced.
7)Then ready to serve.
