Hello hive,how are you all? Hopefully all are well in a sound health. I am here again today another vegetarian recipe, hope everyone will like it. We all in our family like to eat vegetables. I like to eat vegetables in everyday.Today i am share with all of you guys the sauteed cauliflower with spinach and sesame seeds.

Now I will tell the qualities of cauliflower and spinach.Studies have shown that cauliflower keeps the brain healthy, reduces weight and prevents various diseases including colds and coughs. 3. Strengthens bones and teeth: Cauliflower contains calcium and fluoride which are good for teeth and gums. Its calcium strengthens bones.
Spinach contains high levels of magnesium, which helps lower blood pressure. High levels of vitamin A, lymphocytes or white blood cells in it protect the body from various infections and diseases. More than 10 different types of flavonoids in it work against various complex diseases including cancer.

Ingredients :

  • Coconut Oil - 1 Tablespoon


  • Cauliflower - half of one


  • Spinach - 7 big size leaf


  • Onions - 1 Chopped


  • Garlic - 3 Clove


  • Salt - To Taste


  • Coriander Leaves - As Needed
  • Green Chilli - 4 pic

Cooking Process :

Step - 1 :

At first I cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Then I soaked them in water for 10 minutes.

Step - 2 :

I also cut the spinach and washed it well.

Step - 3 :

After that, I washed and cut all the onions, green chillies, garlic, coriander leaves well.

Step - 4 :

Here I put a pan in the oven and put a little oil in this pan. After that I will fry all these things with chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped garlic and salt for about 1 minute.

Step -5 :

Now I will give chopped cauliflower and chopped spinac. Then fry them on medium heat for 5-6 minute.

Step - 6 :

After 5-6 minutes this seateed cauliflower and spinach are done. Now remove them from the oven with coriander leaves before removing them from the oven.
