๐ง 1 Beef bouillon cube

๐ซ 1 tablespoon Olive oil
๐ง 1 cup Mozzarella mixed with Parmesan cheese (or Provolone)

Instructions
1- Preparation:
- Pat the chuck roast dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the Italian seasoning packet, oregano, basil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper.
- Rub this seasoning mixture all over the chuck roast.
2- Searing the Beef:
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned chuck roast and sear on all sides until a rich, brown crust forms, about 3-4 minutes per side.
3- Braising the Beef:
- Add chopped onions, red and green peppers, chopped garlic, and the beef bouillon cube to the pan.
