How are you all friends? I hope everyone is well. I am fine too. Today I have come to you with a new recipe. Delicious fuchka recipe at home. Fuchka is eaten in different places in the market. But it is not as good as the mind. I am sharing with you by making Fuchkar Sour. I hope everyone will like it. Let's see it.



Phuska Recipe:

Tetul150 grams.

Raw rash 100 grams.

Blister recipe making method


1st step making sourdough:

In the step of making sour, first I will take warm water of turmeric and take 150 grams of tetul in a bowl.

After taking the tamarind in a container, I will cover the tamarind with warm water for about 10 minutes. This will improve the tamarind taste.

Soak tamarind in lukewarm water for 10 minutes. After that, mix the tamarind well with hot water. So that it mixes with water and the water turns sour and thickens. After that, I will throw away the seeds of tetul from the sour water.

After that, in the water of this rolled hot sour, I will add salt as much as needed, I will give tasty salt, after that I will give burnt chili powder, then I will give 1 spoon of masala powder brought from the market.

After that, I will mix well with some sugar and then a little bit of ground pepper.

After that, I will put the water of this mixed tetul sour in the oven and boil it with a little mesh. After that, when the tetul sour becomes thick, the tetul will become sour. Then I will put it down.


2nd phase creation of bharta

In the next step to make puff pastry, boil three potatoes and one egg.

When the potatoes are cooked. After that, I will make a potato bharta with a chopped onion, crushed chili powder, green chillies and coriander leaves. With a little masala Gurudev test will increase.


The third step is to fry the raw blisters

In this step, I will put the pan on the stove and heat the oil. After that, I will fry the raw blisters.


In the fourth step, combine all the ingredients and prepare the fuska for food

At this stage, I will take a few puffs and crack my head. So that the spices can be inserted.

After this, I will put the potato filling inside the cracked puffs.

In the last step, I will arrange the blisters on a plate and put sour cream in the middle to bring a beautiful looking saif. I have chosen a delicious homemade sour cream recipe. I hope everyone will like it.
