Hello @hivefood community.. Here I am again sharing this wonderful snacks recipe that's perfect for most kids.Kids who have difficulty and trying hard to eat some leafy vegetables would surely loved the twist I'm incorporating in this puto ---The Moringa Puto Cheese

This is a perfect and clever way to get to kids to enjoy tasting and eating moringa where they're not being forced to eat greens. This way kids will enjoy the green cheesy snacks with the benefit and nutrition from moringa leaves.
Here are the following ingredients to start up doing this recipe. You'll just need the following:

2 C of flour
1 C of sugar
2 tbsp of baking powder
2 sachets of milk powder (richer flavor)
2 pieces of eggs
2 C of Moringa leaves(fresh malunggay leaves)
2 C water
1/8 C of oil
Pinch of salt
Cheese slices(for toppings)
Here are the procedures:
1.Prepare first the moringa juice.
In a blender mix the moringa leaves,2 cups of water and 2 pieces of eggs.

Prepare the mixture now by mixing all the dry ingredients like the flour, milk, baking powder and sugar

Add the oil,a pinch of salt and a little amount of vanilla..

After its being mixed, check if it has no any lumps. If none, start preparing the molder and scoop mixture enough only to fill it.

Prepare the steamer..and start cooking..Steam it for about 8-10 minutes or until it's cooked..
If done steaming you can slowly removed it from its molder..

And it's done....served it and paired with drinks/coffee.

Here are some tips to maintain the goodness of taste of puto..
Used fresh moringa leaves to enhance the flavor of your puto.
Use all purpose flour to make it lighter and fluffier and best served warm as a snack or paired with savory dishes..
This mini bite sized puto feels more than a treat,it's a healthy food that everyone should enjoy eating it.There's always goodness in every green veggies..
