@hivefood community hello🤗its my first time to share one of my favorite dish I prepared myself most especially tonight feels like so much cold and chill.

It's just a hearty and simple dish everyone could love for..So let's start making it..First is to prepare all the ingredients needed in making this clear broth pork soup.

Chopped all the vegetables according to your preferred sized.Wash it all thoroughly.

You will need the following:

  • 1/2 kilos of pork bones (neck, shank, or ribs work best)
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 medium sized chayote, chopped
  • 2cups, petchay chopped
    -1/4 medium sized squash
    -1/2 piece of pork broth cubes (optional, for depth)
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (enough to cover bones,4-5 cups)
    Procedures:
    Blanch the bones first,place it in a pot cover it with water and bring it to boil for 5 minutes.Drain and rinse it to remove some impurities.

Simmer it by returning the bones to a clean pot, add onion, garlic, ginger, chayote and squash. Cover with fresh water.

Cook low and slow: Simmer gently for 30-45minutes or until it becomes cooked (or longer for richer flavor). Removed any foamy or fat that rises at the top of it.

Add salt and fish sauce/soy sauce/pork broth cubes to taste.
After simmer,add the petchay or any green leafy vegetables you've used..Simmer again for 5 minutes.

Once cooked served it and place it in a bowl..

Serve it with rice..

Tips for Best Flavor
You can roast the bones first for 10 minutes at low medium heat) for a deeper, smoky broth.

Leafy greens (bok choy, cabbage, spinach) Mushrooms (shiitake, oyster, button)
