Today, I brought along a snack perfect for tea time to enjoy this lovely moment. There’s something heartwarming about enjoying a sweet treat with a warm cup of tea—especially when it’s freshly homemade. Today, let’s prepare a simple yet delicious tea-time delight using everyday ingredients such as wheat flour, margarine, sugar, yeast, and fresh flour. This soft, slightly sweet bun is perfect for sharing with family or enjoying during a peaceful afternoon break.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 1 1/2 Cup of Wheat flour.
🍀 A little yeast dissolved in hot water.
🍀 1/3 Cup of fresh milk.
🍀 Sugar as need.
🍀 2 Tablespoon of Margarine.
🍀 A pinch of salt.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.

Method of making....

First, take a bowl and add the yeast. Then, add sugar, fresh milk, a pinch of salt, and wheat flour to the same bowl. Mix everything well until fully combined.

Next, add some margarine to the mixture and mix well until you form a soft dough.

Next, shape the dough as shown below and cut it into pieces.

Now, I have shaped them as shown below. You can make them in any shape you like.

Next, place a pan on the stove and add a little coconut oil to it. Once the oil is heated, add the prepared buns and fry them until they turn golden brown.
