Today I want to talk to you about a Turkish dish that I was able to try in a food court in the Palatino shopping center in Bogota, and although it is not a gourmet type of food, but a type of cuisine made to be served quickly, it was very tasty and filling.

I ordered the dish called “Mixto Turkco” because it seemed to me that besides being big, it had a good variety of flavors, and this is something I was not wrong about.

I can't really say the name of all the additions it had, but I can say that it had 4 types of protein, 3 types of carbohydrates and 1 simple salad.

In the picture we can see how good it looks for a fair dish, and I can also say that the taste was pretty good and very much related to the Arabic flavors I have been able to taste elsewhere.

I ordered a Coca-Cola without sugar, since they didn't have natural juices and that was the drink that attracted me the most at that moment.

Usually fair food is not something I like very much, but this was on par with others I have tried, so I recommend it if you visit the Palatino Mall.

Buenas tardes Hivers, espero que estén teniendo un excelente día.

Hoy les quiero hablar sobre un plato turco que pude probar en una plaza de comidas en el centro comercial Palatino en Bogotá, y que aunque no es un tipo de comida gourmet, sino un tipo de cocina hecho para servir rápido, si fue algo muy sabroso y que llenaba.

Yo me pedí el plato llamado "Mixto Turkco" ya que me parecía que además de grande, tenía una buena variedad de sabores, y esto es algo en lo que no me equivoque.

Realmente no puedo decir el nombre de todos los agregados que tenía, pero si puedo decir que tenía 4 tipos de proteína, 3 tipos de carbohidratos y 1 ensalada simple.

En la foto podemos ver lo bien que se ve para ser un plato de feria, y también puedo decir que el sabor era bastante bueno y muy relacionado con los sabores árabes que he podido probar en otros lugares.

De tomar me pedí una Coca-Cola sin azúcar, ya que no tenían jugos naturales y esa era la bebida que más me atraía en ese momento.

Usualmente la comida de feria no es algo que me guste mucho, pero está estuvo a la altura de otras que he podido probar, por lo que lo recomiendo si llegan a visitar el centro comercial Palatino.
