Lab e Shereen recipe- a delicious dessert

Assalamualaikum everyone!
Hope you all are fine. So, today I am here after many days due to my busy schedule. So, after a long time I finally got some time and then I decided to make a new recipe by using the ingredients present in my home, and share it with all of you. And I hope you will also like it. Yesterday, I made Lab e Shereen.
So without wasting time let's move towards the recipe.
First I am sharing the final look of the recipe.

Ingredients:
🔹Milk
🔹Custard powder
🔹Sugar
🔹Cardamom ( choti ilaichi )
🔹Colored vermecilli
🔹Cream
🔹Fruits( Apple, banana.. you can put other fruits like grapes, mango and also dry fruits like pistachio and almonds )
🔹raisins
🔹Jellies
Procedure:
First of all I took 2kg of milk at room temperature and separate a cup of milk and then added the remaining milk in a pan and put 2 to 3 green cardamom ( choti ilaichi) in it and boiled it. During boiling I put half cup of sugar in it. Then, I took a milk that I had separated and added 6 tbsp of custard powder in it and mixed it well. Then, I kept it aside.
After 2 to 3 boils in the milk, I added the mixture of custard powder in it gradually. Then, I put it on medium flame to do it's consistency little thick. After that, I removed the pan from the flame and put the custard in cool water to chill it.

After that, I boiled the colored vermecillis. And cut apple 🍎 and 🍌bananas. And then, I soaked the raisins in water.




After chilling the custard, I took cream and added to it and mixed it. Then, I added the fruits and the soaked raisins to it and mixed it. Then I added vermicelli to it.




Then, I put the custard in a bowl and garnish it with the fruits, cream and jellies. And then, I put it in a fridge for 4 to 5 hours and then I served it to my family. We all enjoyed this dessert a lot.
