My 2026 wouldn't be truly underway without doing something I should have done a long time ago: continuing to invest my savings in Hive, not taking them out into the chaos of the market in search of better opportunities. I've learned the hard way that it's better to keep my Hive assets on the blockchain and in good projects.
That's what I've set out to do this year. Although I'm a bit distanced from Hive due to work, believe me, I'm making a real effort to publish interesting things, especially on Holozing, which I think is the community that can best utilize my creativity.
But there's something I haven't decided where to delegate yet, and that's the HP I'm earning daily from my Hive posts, which aren't few. I try to make a post every day, and in some cases, I can even manage two posts if I have the energy after work.
It also happens that Hive's price is quite low. I don't know if it's related to cryptocurrencies in general; Bitcoin seems to be at a point of consolidation with other major coins, but that instability I've come to associate with the currency still persists. I think we'll see a rise in Hive's price in the coming days.
So I want to accumulate as much HP as possible to delegate to a number of projects that I think are very interesting. I already have my eye on some from the Spanish-speaking Hive community, but it never hurts to also invest in blockchain video games.
Some time ago, I remember delegating a portion to Holozing... I invested my HP, but unfortunately, that didn't last very long, and I had to withdraw it to cover my expenses and stay afloat. But now I think my convictions are stronger, and my plan is clearer, so I'm going to try again.
Investing here is incredibly easy. I would even dare to say that if you're a regular Hive user, you can have your HP delegated in less than 5 minutes. The most annoying part is probably setting up your Keychain account with your Hive account. For that, you need your private key and a Hive account.
In 5 minutes, you can create a Hive account and get your private keys. That's all you need to configure Keychain and access your Holozing account.
From there, we'll need HP. If you don't have any, you can start by creating quality posts in the community and accumulating as much as possible. I've been using this method for 5 years, and I've always found Hive to be an active community that values good content.
There's a tool in the Rewards section that I think works fantastically with all of this. It lets you delegate in a much simpler way, using Keychain. In less than 2 minutes, I've already delegated 200 HP, and I'm OFFICIALLY participating in the Holozing team!
I hope others see this and get encouraged, especially Hive users who don't use their HP much and want to earn something along the way.
