I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday was the first full day back in my appartment and I did some of my usual monday activities in my bookkeeping and such as my bookkeeping. The big dump over the weekend only ended up as a only a limited loss in my portfolio and I'm kind of battle tested after many years in crypto. I didn't join a hot yoga class and also need to start my daily bench presses again. The goal in the coming days will be to kickstart these things again and avoid letting myself go too much during the transition days.

I did eat some bread and also some Mcdonalds and I need to cut that as quickly as possible. In the evening I mainly watched some tv.
