I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Sunday was Day 3 of our Mullerthal Trail Hiking Trip and it was another good one. We got up a bit earlier as we had to leave the Airbnb before 10:00 and there was a 4-Hour drive back home on the program. The plan on Day 3 was to do just a 10km hike doing a part of what is the 3rd Mullerthal loop. It turned out to have a great start passing by a castle followed by a long trail alongside a flowing river; some hight meters and more forrest environment. All 3 days had different locations (1st had the cracks in the walls we needed to pass through and a water fall / the 2nd had beautiful paths in blooming nature with many stairs alongside the cliffs / 3rd had the nice river flowing alongside of the path)

Once done with the hike we took the car passing by a restaurant we found online on our route which turned out to be in some kind of Alzheimer retirement home. It was quite crowded and I ate some soup which tasted really good. Once back we parted our ways and I passed by my parents which wasn't so far away, I let our dog run in or garden, spend some time with my mom and also with my oldest niece watching a movie (Lady Bird) which I have been wanting to watch with her for some time. I drove back to my appartment after, watched some tv and went to bed getting in just shy of 20k steps on the day.

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 7 Days I was at 71.1 / 71.0 / 71.0 / 70.9 / 70.0 / 70.3 / 70.8 / 70.7 / 70.6 / 70.5 kg (706.9 / 7 = 70.69kg)
