Crispy and Crunchy Pakora Recipe at Home

Hive food friends, today I am going to share with you a recipe of dumplings called Pakora Recipe. It is used in all kinds of weather, both winter and summer, and it is also made in different homes. It is especially prepared in winter and people of Asia like it very much.

Ingredients

Following are the ingredients to make Pakora Recipe:

  • Potatoe - 1 ( chopped)

  • Onion - 1/2 ( chopped)

  • Green Chili - 2 ( chopped)

  • Salt - As per Taste

  • Red Chilli - 1/2 tbs

  • Turmeric - 1/4 tbs

  • Coriander - ( chopped)

  • Oil - for frying

Making Method

This recipe is not that difficult, it is very easy to prepare. First of all, we will take a frying pan or you can also take a kadai. If you are preparing it in the village in the country style, then a kadai will be better for you. We will add a little oil to it. After adding the oil, we will wait for it to heat up.

Until then, we will chop the onion and green chillies and put them in a pot. Now we have added salt, red chilli powder and coriander to it. Now we will mix it. When we mix them well, we will have a basin, which we will take a small amount of and pour on it.

After sprinkling a little water, mix all these ingredients. Our pakora recipe is ready for the talai.

Now we see that our oil has heated up and we will add this mixture little by little and let it fry for five to seven minutes. We will change its side periodically so that it does not burn on one side.

The pakora recipe is ready, as I mentioned earlier, it is very easy to make and you just have to add the ingredients.

Our recipe is ready and it has been dished out. If you eat pakoras with salad and roti, the curry that I had already prepared with it adds immensely to its taste. If you have ever tried it, you will definitely like to make it again and again.
