Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

---- Inicie el día bastante temprano, me levanté a las 5am, más temprano de lo normal ya que mi cuerpo se despertó solo, me prepare y aproveché la mañana para estirar un poco y leer antes de irme a trabajar al gym. Llegué bastante temprano , luego de caminar mis 25 minutos diarios para llegar, habían bastantes personas por lo que el día estuvo bastante ocupado hasta las 10:30am aproximadamente que se fueron casi todos, acompañe luego de trabajar a un amigo a hacer unos videos para un local por lo que llegué a casa a las 3pm, al llegar me ocupe bastante hasta las 6:30pm, dónde salí al venoil a entrenar pierna y movilidad, aproveché de practicar el giro del 720 en piso antes de empezar la rutina e hice una rutina sencilla de 3 plimetricos, pistola squads, bulgaras squads y sentadillas con salto. De aquí volví a casa y sali con un amigo en bici dónde recorrimos aproximadamente 5km.

I started the day quite early, I woke up at 5am, earlier than usual because my body woke up by itself, I got ready and took advantage of the morning to stretch a little and read before going to work at the gym. I arrived quite early, after walking my daily 25 minutes to get there, there were quite a few people so the day was quite busy until about 10:30am when almost everyone left, I accompanied a friend after work to make some videos for a local so I got home at 3pm, when I arrived I was quite busy until 6: 30pm, where I went out to the venoil to train leg and mobility, I took the opportunity to practice the 720 twist on the floor before starting the routine and did a simple routine of 3 plimetrics, pistol squads, bulgaras squads and squats with jump. From here I went back home and went out with a friend on a bike where we rode for about 5km.
