I hope you're all doing well. Today I want to talk a little about the reflections on the post by @eldiariodelys, which discusses reconnecting with ourselves as preparation for the new cycle that's beginning. I really liked what you expressed in your blog, because we tend to dwell more on past mistakes and frustrations than on letting go, improving, and planting better seeds that help prevent those negative things from happening again, or freeing ourselves completely from them and finding peace; basically, it's about not polluting the energy that awaits us in the future. This year, personally, I had many regrets and frustrations, but just as I had thousands of negative thoughts, I also had so many more things to be grateful for. Being in silence and remembering everything I've fought for and everything I've achieved has reminded me of the value of it all.

Another thing that has happened to me constantly, and that I want to improve on next year, is the fear of failure, the fear of trying. I've been managing it and have achieved things after deciding to do so, but this year, I want to be much more daring. In general, I want to let go of the guilt I feel for making mistakes, that I'm human and that not everything can go perfectly, that I don't stress about things not happening the way I wanted, and that I shouldn't torment myself over opinions that don't do me any good, the destructive ones.

Lately, I've gotten into the habit of taking care of my face, using masks and creams. It might seem silly, but self-care greatly improves self-esteem. Wanting to look good, for myself and only for myself, makes me feel that I love myself, and I want to keep improving this ritual, buying things for my hair and more, of course, without falling into consumerism, just the essentials that help me both mentally and physically, in terms of my health. However, there's something I'd like to add as a key routine in my daily life that I've been putting off, and that's writing in a planner, notebook, whatever, noting anything that makes me feel good, congratulating myself for anything, no matter how small. This shows that I want to completely prioritize my mental health.

Espero se encuentren bien, el día de hoy quiero hablar un poco acerca de los que nos invita a reflexionar la publicación de @eldiariodelys donde nos habla de [reconectarnos]( https://peakd.com/hive-139925/@eldiariodelys/conectate-contigo-reset-emocional-para-el-2026-oror-connect-with-yourself-emotional-reset-for-2026) con nosotros como una preparación para el nuevo ciclo que comienza, el cómo nos estamos preparando para el mismo, el hacer espacio mental y emocional, de tomar aquellas acciones conscientes y repetitivas que actúen como un botón de reinicio que te hacen renovar y, así sucesivamente se aborda más temas que de verdad me gustaron y quise aportar algo también, además de responder las maravillosas preguntas que nos deja al final. Por ello, me gustaría invitar a @yasmarit a que se una. ---

Realmente me gusto mucho lo que expresó en su blog, ya que somos más de arrastrar de lo que nos arrepentimos, de los errores y frustraciones del pasado que de soltar, mejorar y sembrar cosas mejores que ayuden a que esas cosas negativas no se vuelvan a repetir o liberarnos completamente de ellos y tener paz; básicamente es no contaminar la energía que el futuro nos espera. Este año, en lo personal, tuve como muchos arrepentimientos, frustraciones, pero, así como me pasaron miles de pensamientos negativos, pero, también muchísimas más cosas por agradecer, estar en silencio y rememorar todo por lo que he luchado y lo que he obtenido me ha recordado el valor de todo.

Otras de las cosas que me ha sucedido constantemente y quiero mejorar ese aspecto para el año que viene, ese es el miedo al fracaso, miedo al intentarlo, ya lo he venido manejando y he logrado cosas tras decidirme hacerlo, pero este año, quiero atreverme mucho más. En general, quiero soltar la culpa de cometer errores, que soy humana y que no todo me puede salir perfecto, de estresarme por lo que no sucede como quería y que no debo de atormentarme por opiniones que no me hacen bien, las que son destructivas.

Con esta primera parte, respondo la primera pregunta: ¿Qué quieren soltar antes de que termine el año? En cuanto a la segunda pregunta: ¿Qué ritual les ayuda a resetear la mente? Últimamente, he tomado la costumbre de cuidarme la cara, ponerme mascaras y cremas, pareciera una tontería, pero el autocuidado mejora mucho la autoestima a uno, el querer verme bien, por mí y nada más por mí, me hace sentir que me quiero y ese ritual lo quiero seguir mejorando, que si comprar cosas para el cabello y más, claro, sin caer en el consumismo, solo lo esencial que me ayude tanto en mental como físicamente, con respecto a la salud. Sin embargo, hay algo que quisiera agregar como una rutina clave en mi día a día y que lo vengo postergando y es el de escribir en una agenda, cuaderno, lo que sea, anotar cualquier cosa de la que me sienta bien, felicitarme por lo que sea, por más mínimo que sea y esto habla de que quiero priorizar totalmente mi salud mental.
