Photo is mine Hey everyone, I owe you all a real apology. Seriously. I’ve been way less present than I wanted to be lately, and it’s been bothering me. I know I haven’t been consistent, and that’s unusual of me. I feel bad about it, honestly. I was tired up by some unexpected loads of work. I got handed this massive project that keeps me so busy way bigger and messier than anyone expected. It wasn’t just extra hours, it felt like my brain was constantly stuck in work mode, even when I wasn’t at my desk. Deadlines piled up, emails enter steadily and i couldn't control it and honestly? I was drowning. There were nights I’d finish so late, the only thing I could manage was crashing on the sofa. My energy and focus were just gone. I know that’s not an excuse, though. Even when things are crazy, I should’ve found _some_ way to check in more, to let you know I wasn’t vanishing, just struggling to keep my head above water. I didn’t mean to ghost anyone or seem unreliable. That’s the last thing I want. I value our connection whether it’s our project, our friendship, or just the chats we have. Letting you down It unexpected of me. I truly hate that i made anyone feel ignored or unimportant. That wasn’t my intention at all. I was just stuck in a survival loop, and I handled it poorly on the communication front. My bad. Totally my bad. But here’s the good news, all the work load has come down and am free now The big project wrapped up successfully last week and the immediate fire drill stuff has calmed way down. I’ve actually had time to breathe this week, catch up on sleep, and properly organize my workload going forward. I’ve cleared space intentionally. It means I’m back. Like, properly back. My calendar looks human again! I’m making it a priority to be way more available, responsive, and consistent starting right now. No more radio silence.
