¿Cuál es la preparación?/ What is the preparation?⬇️

👩‍🍳 Paso 1: Lo primero fue hacer el arroz blanco normalmente lo hago por una taza de arroz dos de agua, acompañado con ajo sofrito y un toque de sal. Mientras el arroz llegaba a su punto de cocción por otro lado realice cortes pequeños en la chuleta ahumada y con un poco de aceite caliente lleve a sofritar.

👩‍🍳 Paso 2: Mientras la chuleta se sofritaba, realice cortes medianos en la tocineta para luego agregarlas al caldero donde la chuleta se estaba sofritando y con la grasa que la misma expulsa terminar de sofritar ambas.

👩‍🍳 Paso 3: Ya cuando la chuleta y la tocineta estuvieran en su punto de cocción, la retire del fuego reservando para luego agregar los aliños que ya anteriormente había picado (cebolla, cebolla larga y pimentón), estos los coloque a sofritar en el mismo caldero que había usado para la chuleta y la tocineta, al estar listo los aliños integramos nuevamente la chuleta y la tocineta mezclamos hasta incorporar todos los ingredientes adicionalmente agregamos maíz dulce.

👩‍🍳 Paso 4: Listo el arroz y los demás ingredientes procedí a mezclar para juntar todo, y con ello darle color y sabor al arroz blanco.
