Because I can't, haha. Had to give her lots of wet foods with the others. Aside from that she had rice with leftover chicken which she really love. She enjoy it with Moymoy and Baste, that's the cats that eats rice. The rest, they only eat wet food, so just more wet food for them. ƪ⁠(⁠‾⁠.⁠‾⁠“⁠)⁠┐ And just like that, I started the day with a lot of good vibes because of Maymay, I call her Mayang Mayang these days, am I the only who has lots of names for their cats or dogs? Haha. I call Baste, Basteng and I call Moymoy, Muimui, lol. Its my way of being sweet to them as I call them fondly with those names. -- Anyways, i went to the market with Mama today. It's Tiangge-an day so I expected that there'll be more people in the market.

But surprise! There's not much people in today. I'm wondering why -ah, it's also Church day! Still, even so, it's 9 am. Ah wait, it's already 9, that is why. Maybe they shop earlier this morning. So we didn't stay that long in the market. To be honest, the only thing I need to buy today was a mixed vegetable, labanos, onion and dried fish. But then, Mama spotted a really fresh Tofu in the market that she decided to buy some. And because it looks really new, I also decided to buy some for me and the oldies. What am I planning to make with it? Well, just fry them. I mean, I don't know any recipe of tofu. Although I saw some on the internet like that Tofu Square, but it required more ingredients so I decided to just simply fry it (⁠^⁠.⁠_⁠.⁠^⁠)⁠ﾉ

Ah, I also bought one small piece of Bitter Gourd because the mixed vegetables I bought doesn't have it. Mommy D is planning to Mixed Vegetables in Coconut Milk. She grated and squeezed out the milk on it and voila! Mama has a lot of coconut that's why Mama asked one of it

But Tofu is our main "star" today. And seriously its rare for us to eat Tofu. Not sure why the oldies are not fond in tofu. Ah, wait, I think I remember something. There's that one time Mommy D asked me to buy some of that but when we fry and try it, it's so sour. And since then she didn't try them anymore. I can count on my finger the time that we bought it. And today is only the second time that I will cook this. Its just frying though, lol

So, I dry them down using a tissue, I seriously got a lot on water in it. After that I cut them into bite size and sprinkled salt, msg and ground pepper in it.

I'm a bit worries that the tofu will stick to our nonstick pan, but then I remember I still have one egg in the fridge. So I used that to coat it in the tofu. Thanks to that frying is so much easy.

Frying time! I live how easy I was able to fry it. If I didn't coat it in egg, it'll surely go crazy with the fountain of oil flying everywhere coz of the excess water inside the tofu, lol.

Minutes later and it's done! Golden brown and pretty. Its not that crispy but there's lil crispiness on it especially on the edges. And you know, I already put lots of salt in it but I should've put more. So what we did is we prepared a special dip for it, just a simple toyomansi and the problem will be solved. Its just Calamansi for the sourness and Soy sauce for the saltiness. You can put chili if you want to

On the other hand, the Mixed Vegetables with Coconut Milk is also done. Look how creamylicious it is! It taste really good coz it has the touch of Mommy D. (⁠ ⁠/⁠^⁠ω⁠^⁠)⁠/⁠♪⁠♪

And I just thought of mixing the fried Tofu in my servings if Mixed Vegetables. It taste even better y'all. We had a good luck.
