The issue of tithing in Christendom is so controversial, raising dispute consistently as some christian leaders condemns tithing on a premise that tithing was operational and only observed in the old testament. They believe that Christ fulfilled the law and that we now operate by grace, so therefore paying of tithe is completely abolished. So if one pays tithe to the church, it should be voluntarily and not becomes of scriptural directives.

Well, we will discuss this topic in details, not because we want to create content, but because we want to bring light to the world. So, the spirit of God will guide us carefully and give us rhema into His word of truth. According to His word that "the entrance of the word giveth light" (Psalm 119:130). By the truth in His word, the spirit will guide us in to the light of the truth concerning tithing.

Let me say this, Tithing is not necessary, but is compulsory. God doesn't need your money, But you need the hand of God upon your substances. You need the hand of God upon Your Businesses. the scripture says honor the Lord with your substances and with the first fruit of all your increase, so shall your banquet be filled with plenty and your presses burst out with new wine. Proverbs 3:9-10. This let us know that tithing is an act of honor. The scriptures says: "with the first fruit of all your increase" "TITHING". Listen to me; Tithing is a spiritual commitment that secures your financial blessing.

I know that the world is misleading. But I want to open your eyes to the truth by the spirit of the grace upon my life. It should interest you to know that "nothing goes for nothing". Even the security of your 'Health' is not for free. The scripture says: And thou shall serve the lord thy God, and He shall bless thy bread and thy water, and He shall take sickness away from thee: Exodus 23:25. Therefore meaning that services secures your health. You can see that it is not for free; You do this according to his word and He will deliver His word.

It will interest you to know that even the forgiveness of your sins is not for free. Yes! Christ had to pay out of His love for you, for the remission of your sins. Can I open your eyes to the truth? There is no forgiveness in the spiritual world, If it was possible, Satan could have sought for forgiveness, do you know that? That's why he tries everything possible to blind your understanding to the truth, because he knows that he can not find forgiveness, while you can find forgiveness through the blood of Christ. Can I open your eyes again? If forgiveness was possible in the spiritual world, the angels that came down to defile themselves with the daughter's of men, "Genesis 6:2" would have found forgiveness. But they paid dearly.

Note we are talking about tithing, I brought in the forgiveness aspect to further explain to you that nothing is for free. Now, people say that Christ has abolished the law. No! Christ didn't abolish the law, He perfected the law by fulfilling them Matthew 5:17, Therefore, You do not need to walk by the law, but you need to walk by the spiritual understanding of the perfection of this law.

Everything has a price. Now tithing is a spiritual engagement that opens away to God's prosperity plan. It is not necessary, but it is compulsory to you individually. It is not by force, No one is forcing you, But it is a secret to the world of abundance. And not just tithing, but giving . Note that this does not mean that God will not bless you by supplying your needs without tithing no! God will always supply your needs through Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. But the secret to abundance is through tithing Malachi 3:10. Now here the scripture says; proof me now if I will not open the windows of heaven and pour out my blessing in so much that "there will be no room enough to receive them". This talks about abundance. It is not necessary if you don't need it. But that is God's plan to deliver to you increase and abundance. If you are committed to it, he delivers his promises. God is not in need of your money, He is interested in your commitment. God wants you to honor Him with your substances, just as it is necessary for you to honor your earthly father with your substance. God is your heavenly father, and He wants to see you remain committed in honoring Him with your substance,Proverbs 3:9.

With all being said, it is necessary for you to understand that the rewards for your services and honor is blessings. God does not bless just anything, He blesses the works of your hand; Deuteronomy 28:12. So if you are idle and doing nothing please don't expect anything. Because he blessings comes upon the works of your hand. The blessings for increment and prosperity comes through the works of your hand. If you are lazy, you will be poor; Proverbs 24:33-34. Please understand that God does not bless emptiness, He blesses the works of your hand. So, do something and honor Him with what you do,by tithing and giving and you will find increments and abundance. Thank you for today, and may the Lord guide your heart.
