Here's what you need to shoot a city at night. First, you need the city itself. A fashion photographer needs models ‒ a city photographer needs a city. Ideally, a big one. The kind with plenty to capture. Plazas and avenues packed with cars and neon signs. A place with life and energy. The lights of the metropolis... Then again, a small Moravian town works just fine too. Christmas decorations. A river. Especially a river. A river does a lot of heavy lifting.
