Ingredients
🥛 ⅔ cup reduced-fat milk
🍫 ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
☕ 1 cup brewed coffee
🍇 ½ cup fresh raspberries
🍦 Whipped cream for garnish
🍫 Chocolate shavings or powder for garnish
Instructions
1- Melt the Chocolate and Milk:
- Combine the white chocolate chips and reduced-fat milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring to ensure the chocolate melts completely and combines with the milk.
2- Blend the Mixture:
- Transfer the melted white chocolate and milk mixture, brewed coffee, and fresh raspberries to a Blendtec WildSide or FourSide blender jar.
- Secure the lid on the blender jar.
- Use the "Soup" preset on the Blendtec blender, blending the mixture until it is hot and smooth, about 90 seconds.
3- Serve:
