The combination of milk and boiled ginger makes it incredibly refreshing, especially when enjoyed warm like this. Usually, during my break, I go to the cafeteria to make this delicious ginger milk. I immediately feel better. Drinks containing ginger are indeed very beneficial for health, especially when we're over 30, like me, we often have a sore body, a sore throat, and an itchy throat. And this drink has become my go-to drink when I'm sick. When I'm sick, don't immediately take medicine; it's better to drink ginger tea.
