Instructions
1- Prepare the Cheese and Bread:
- Unpack the Kalamatsi Meierei Frying Cheese and slice into discs, about 1 cm thick.
- Slice the Jassi Seed Bread into desired portion sizes for the sandwiches.
2- Heat the Pan:
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
3- Toast the Bread and Fry the Cheese:
- Place the bread slices into the hot pan to toast for about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced cheese discs alongside the bread in the pan.
- Fry the cheese on both sides until lightly browned, about 2 minutes in total. Simultaneously, ensure the bread is toasted to a light golden-brown.
4- Assemble the Sandwiches:
- Remove the toasted bread and fried cheese from the pan and place them on a serving plate.
- Slice the tomato into rounds.
- For each serving, place a cheese disc on top of a slice of warm bread, followed by a tomato slice.
- Grind fresh TELLETT black pepper over the tomato slice to taste.
