🍗 **Ingredients:** 1 kg chicken thighs. 1 large onion. 5 large garlic cloves. Salt and pepper to taste Soy sauce and mustard. Oil as needed. >🍗 **Ingredientes:** >1 kilo de muslos de pollo. 1 cebolla grande. 5 ajos grandes. Sal y pimienta al gusto. Salsa soya y mostaza. Aceite el necesario.

🍗 **Preparation:** Wash and cut the chicken thighs into pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and grated garlic. Set aside. Grate the onion using the large holes of a grater and the remaining garlic. Set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and fry briefly. Add annatto and oregano, and brown the chicken slightly. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add the grated onion and garlic and sauté briefly. Add 1/2 cup of broth and stir well to combine all the chicken bits. Return the fried chicken to the skillet and simmer over low heat. Taste for salt and season with mustard and soy sauce. Cook until all the liquid has evaporated and you have a thick sauce with the chicken. Serve this delicious chicken with a carrot and tomato salad on a bed of lettuce. Dear friends, thank you for sharing, greetings 🙏🏻🫂 🫂. >🍗 **Preparación:** >Lavamos y cortamos los muslos de pollo en trozos, condimentamos con sal, pimienta y ajo rallado, reservamos. >Rallamos la cebolla por el lado más grande del rallador y los ajos restantes, reservamos. >Colocamos el sartén al fuego con 1 cucharada de aceite y agregamos el pollo condimentado para freír un poco, en este punto agregamos onoto y orégano, doramos un poco el pollo, lo sacamos y reservamos, en el mismo sartén agregamos la cebolla y el ajo rallado y doramos un poco, luego agregamos 1/2 taza de caldo y revolvemos bien para mezclar todo el residuo del pollo en el sartén, nuevamente colocamos el pollo frito y cocinamos a fuego lento, probamos la sal y saborizamos con mostaza y salsa soya, dejamos cocinar hasta consumir todo el líquido y nos quede una salsa espesa con el pollo, este exquisito pollo lo acompañe con una ensalada de zanahoria y tomate, sobre hojas de lechuga. >Estimados amigos gracias por compartir, saludos 🙏🏻🫂 🫂.
