Este té nos ofrece múltiples beneficios a nuestra salud ✓BENEFICIOS: ✓Santa María(lippia alba): esta planta tiene propiedades medicinales ya que, mejora la digestión, posee propiedades antiflamatorias y tiene un efecto calmante. Estos conocimientos de sus beneficios los he ido adquiriendo ya que mis abuelos al paso del tiempo han tomado muchos de estos te, en especial de la santa María y en momentos que me he sentido mal o con problemas digestivos, me preparan dicho té como una medicina absoluta para mi cuerpo. ✓Jengibre: El jengibre posee propiedades antiflamatorias, de igual manera a la santa María ayuda en la mejora de la digestión, y sirve como calmante. Ojo mis amigos la azúcar es a gusto de cada quien; en mi caso no le añadí azúcar para que sea más saludable pero ya queda a decisión de cada quien añadirle o no.
