PREPARATION

✓ Season the chicken with paprika, ginger, oregano, curry, pepper, and salt. Use half a chicken breast here.

✓ Place a large skillet on the stove, heat over medium heat, add two tablespoons of oil, half a bell pepper, one large onion, and three cloves of garlic. Cook for about five minutes, or until the onion begins to caramelize.

✓ Add the chicken and cook for ten minutes with the skillet covered.

✓ Add the pumpkin and a little water, about five tablespoons, reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for ten minutes, turning the pumpkin pieces during that time.

✓ Turn off the stove and add chopped parsley.

✓ Serve and enjoy.

Pollo con Calabaza

Cocinar pollo con calabaza es sabroso, ligero y bastante sencillo de hacer, además es una comida que nos toma poco tiempo de cocción, porque sus ingredientes se cocinan muy rápido.

Es una comida saludable riquísima, también puedes añadir más ingredientes que aporten aún más nutrientes, te muestro lo fácil y rápido que es hacer éste plato. INGREDIENTES

- Pechuga de pollo sin piel, y sin hueso, cortada en cuadritos pequeños - Paprika dulce - Jengibre seco molido - Orégano seco molido - Curry en polvo - Pimienta negra en granos - Sal gruesa - Ajo finamente picado - Cebolla cortada en brunoise - Pimiento verde cortado en bastones delgados - Aceite onotado o achiote - Calabaza (auyama o zapallo) cortada en rebanadas finas - Perejil fresco picado. ELABORACIÓN

✓ Sazonar el pollo con: paprika, jengibre, orégano, curry, pimienta y sal, aquí utilice la mitad de una pechuga.

✓ Llevar a la estufa un sartén amplio, calentar a fuego medio, añadir dos cucharadas de aceite, la mitad de un pimiento, una cebolla grande y tres dientes de ajo, cocinar por unos cinco minutos, o hasta que la cebolla comience a cristalizarse.

✓ Agregar el pollo y cocinar por diez minutos con el sartén tapado.

✓ Colocar la calabaza y un poquito de agua, puede ser unas cinco cucharadas de agua, se coloca la estufa a fuego bajo, y se tapa, dejamos cocinar por diez minutos, y durante ese tiempo le damos vuelta a los pedazos de calabaza.

✓ Apagar la estufa y agregar perejil picado.

✓ Servir y disfrutar.
