Acompanhando a bolsa, temos o IFIX que fechou a semana com uma pequena queda, em 3408 pontos, mas se mantem no topo dos últimos tempos. Um detalhe é que esse crescimento está acontecendo em meio à mais uma alta da Selic, que chegou à 14,75%, sendo que normalmente isso estaria pressionando o mercado de renda variável. Começando pelo HGRU11, que é um FII de renda urbana, tem uma grande concentração em dois inquilinos Carrefor e Assaí, a atenção nesse caso é que existe um risco de ter fundos com grande concentração na carteira, principalmente se você tem poucos ativos, porque se acontecer algo com um inquilino o impacto acaba sendo muito grande na receita. Tem uma gestão ativa que compra e vende participações de shoppings com certa frequência, e uma grande parte dos seus shoppings são localizados na região sudeste. ---
