#### ENGLISH Ani is my daughter's favorite rag doll. And she is also mine. She has been with us for a long time and, with her sweetness and tenderness, she has become part of our story. Today, Ani accompanies us in this little adventure of love, creation and discovery.

#### ENGLISH Almost a year ago I bought a sketchbook and some beautiful markers. I kept them waiting for “the best moment” to use them. But that ideal moment never came. And it often happens to us: we put off until later what we really long for, waiting for everything to be perfect. How many times do we put off a dream, a conversation, a creation, or even a gesture of love towards ourselves or others?

#### ESPAÑOL Hace casi un año compré un cuaderno de bocetos y unos marcadores hermosos. Los guardé esperando “el mejor momento” para usarlos. Pero ese momento ideal nunca llegaba. Y es que muchas veces nos pasa: dejamos para después lo que realmente anhelamos, esperando que todo sea perfecto. ¿Cuántas veces postergamos un sueño, una conversación, una creación, o incluso un gesto de amor hacia nosotros mismos o hacia los demás?

#### ENGLISH Then I decided to stop waiting. I opened the notebook, took the markers and sat down to draw. But I was not alone: I invited my daughter to share that moment. We drew together, we talked, we laughed. I felt how art, like sewing and crafts (hobbies we share) become wings. Wings of love. Because that is what happens when we create with love: we become artisan angels, angels of everyday moments, capable of caring, appreciating, accompanying and healing with simple gestures.

#### ESPAÑOL Entonces decidí dejar de esperar. Abrí el cuaderno, tomé los marcadores y me senté a dibujar. Pero no estuve sola: invité a mi hija a compartir ese instante. Dibujamos juntas, conversamos, nos reímos. Sentí cómo el arte, al igual que la costura y las manualidades (aficiones que compartimos) se convierten en alas. Alas del amor. Porque eso es lo que sucede cuando creamos con amor: nos transformamos en ángeles artesanos, ángeles de los momentos cotidianos, capaces de cuidar, apreciar, acompañar y sanar con gestos simples.

#### ENGLISH Drawing with markers was not as easy as I imagined. There was a moment when I thought I had ruined everything, I wanted to tear the sheet and destroy it in little pieces. But I remembered something that art has taught me: there are no mistakes, only processes under construction. There are no ugly works, only unfinished works. And so I gave it another chance. I discovered that one of the markers allowed me to clarify areas and recover what I thought I had lost. As in life: sometimes, when we think there is no way out, an unexpected tool appears, a friendly word, a spark of hope. Those wings that support us appear.

#### ESPAÑOL Dibujar con marcadores no fue tan fácil como imaginaba. Hubo un momento en que creí haber arruinado todo, quise arrancar la hoja y destruirla en pedacitos. Pero recordé algo que el arte me ha enseñado: no hay errores, solo procesos en construcción. No hay obras feas, solo obras inconclusas. Y entonces le di otra oportunidad. Descubrí que uno de los marcadores me permitía aclarar zonas y recuperar lo que creía perdido. Como en la vida: a veces, cuando creemos que no hay salida, aparece una herramienta inesperada, una palabra amiga, una chispa de esperanza. Surgen esas alas que nos sostienen.

#### ENGLISH That day, drawing next to my daughter, I understood that true love is also about creating a space of calm, sharing time, listening with the heart. That being an angel for others does not require grand gestures, but presence. Sometimes, it is enough just to be there, to accompany without judgment, to give a moment of peace.

#### ESPAÑOL Ese día, dibujando al lado de mi hija, entendí que el amor verdadero también es crear un espacio de calma, compartir tiempo, escuchar con el corazón. Que ser un ángel para otros no requiere grandes gestos, sino presencia. A veces, solo basta con estar, con acompañar sin juicio, con regalar un momento de paz.
