Saludos estimados amigos de Amazing Drinks. Hoy les comparto una bebida deliciosa que jamás había preparado, creo que nunca la hubiera hecho, ya les cuento porqué. Hace varios días, un primo me regaló unas guayabas, no eran muchas, solo 3, cuando las vi me decepcionó un poco porque esa fruta no me agrada mucho y porque la guayaba estriñe y tengo el intestino algo perezoso, esto significa que soy estítica. Esa es la razón por la que no consumo guayaba, pero no quería devolverlas, era un regalo, así que se me ocurrió preguntarle con que fruta podía combinarla y enseguida me contestó “con parchita”.

Me atreví a preparar el jugo y el resultado me encantó, esta bebida es una delicia, me gustó tanto que días después la volví a repetir, bueno, una vez al año no hace daño, o mejor dicho, dos. Al mezclar el sabor suave de la guayaba con el ácido de la maracuyá se obtiene una bebida verdaderamente increíble. Si quieres fortalecer el sistema inmune, mejorar el sistema digestivo, también el cardiovascular al lograr reducir los niveles de colesterol en la sangre, aumentar la hemoglobina y tener una piel más bonita, entonces, combina guayaba y maracuyá.

## Ingredientes

2.- En la licuadora vertemos la pulpa de la maracuyá y agregamos medio litro de agua.

3.- Licuamos por unos segundos (5 segundos aproximadamente), luego, colamos el jugo y reservamos.

4.- Preparamos el jugo de guayaba. Comenzamos lavando las guayabas y luego procedemos a cortarlas en trozos.

5.- Colocamos los trozos de guayaba en la licuadora y añadimos el medio litro de agua restante.

6.- Licuamos por 10 segundos, colamos el jugo y luego lo mezclamos con el zumo de maracuyá. Para finalizar, agregamos azúcar al gusto.
