Today we bring you the other edition of the vegan mini-contest. To participate, just leave a good comment on this post. You don't need to post anything, just a cool comment at the end. This week's theme is: HOW DO YOU PREFER TO EAT YOUR CABBAGE?

We chose this topic for this week because cabbage is a very noble vegetable that grows and withstands harsh climatic conditions. It's also a source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber, and is a fundamental part of vegan cuisine. Cabbage is delicious and features in many of our recipes, so we want to know how you prefer to eat it.
