🍌 **Ingredients:** 4 bananas. 1-1/2 cups sugar. 3 eggs. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 100 grams margarine. 1 cup milk. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1 pinch salt. 2 teaspoons vanilla. Caramel. 1 cup sugar. 6 tablespoons water. 2 tablespoons rum (optional). >🍌 **Ingredientes:** >4 bananas. 1-1/2 taza de azúcar. 3 huevos. 2 tazas de harina de trigo. 100 grms de margarina. 1 taza de leche. 1 cucharadas de polvo Royal. 1 pizca de sal. 2 cucharaditas de vainilla. Cut the bananas into small pieces, set aside, mash the remaining bananas with a fork to place them in the mixture, place the caramel in the mold taking care that all the walls are impregnated and place all the banana slices on the bottom, set aside, ahirs we proceed to integrate all the dry ingredients, flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt, we do the same with the liquids the milk with the vanilla and rum, in a bowl we place the sugar and eggs and put to blanch, then add the margarine which we have diluted with heat and the mashed bananas continue to integrate, we begin to place the flour in two parts mixing gently, alternating with the prepared milk until finished with all the materials, mix well with a spatula and place the preparation on the mold prepared with the bananas little by little with a ladle taking care not to move the bananas. I used liquid caramel and the slices didn't stick together as I expected. They rose and turned out delicious, but not what I expected. Well, things don't always turn out the way I expect. Best regards. 🫂🫂 >🍌 **Preparación:** >Hacemos el caramelo con la taza de azúcar y las 6 cucharadas de agua, hasta que esté en su punto, luego agregamos 1/4 de taza de agua para hacer caramelo líquido. >Cortamos las bananas en trozos pequeños, reservamos, las bananas restantes las trituramos con un tenedor para colocarlas en la mezcla, colocamos el caramelo en el molde cuidando de que se impregnen todas las paredes y colocamos todas las rodajas de banana en el fondo, reservamos, ahirs procedemos a integrar todos los secos, harina con el polvo royal y la pizca de sal, igual hacemos con los líquidos la leche con la vainilla y el ron, en un bol colocamos el azúcar y los huevos y ponemos a blanquear, seguidamente agregamos la margarina la cual hemos diluido con calor y las bananas trituradas seguimos integrando, empezamos a colocar el harina en dos partes mezclando suavemente, intercalados con la leche preparada hasta finalizar con todos los materiales, mezclamos bien con una espátula y colocamos la preparación sobre el molde preparado con las bananas poco poco con un cucharón cuidando de no mover las bananas.
